About Our Boats

At Take a Turn Yachting, we have four boats — two 37ft yachts and two RIBs. All our boats are available for skippered charter, while bareboat options are available to qualified yacht skippers. The RIBs can also be used bareboat by Boat Club Cornwall members.

Below Deck

Zara offers comfortable accommodation for up to eight adults across three cabins and the saloon. The two double aft cabins provide cozy sleeping spaces, while the forward cabin features a private double berth.

Below Deck

Merlin can comfortably sleep 8 adults. There are 2 double aft cabins, a double saloon berth and in the forward cabin, another double berth. There is good head room throughout.

Under Sail

She is well mannered user friendly boat. This is a great stepping stone from smaller keel boats to larger yachts. She is able to carry 10 people.

Fancy just coming aboard for a day or an afternoon with one of our skippers to take care of the sailing and a crew to organise lunch. Well our sailing trips are what you’ve been looking for. You’ll still be able to take a turn at the wheel and help hoist sails but safe in the knowledge that our team are there to make sure you have a great day out. We can find a sheltered anchorage for a swim and lunch, meet up with an instructor from Falmouth River Watersports for a paddleboarding lesson or book in a speed boat ride to take you ashore for lunch with Falmouth Bay Tailored Tours.
