About Our Boats
Take A Turn Yachting is a family-run sailing and boat charter business based at Mylor Yacht Harbour near Falmouth, Cornwall. Our fleet includes two 37ft Jeanneau Sun Odyssey yachts, Zara and Merlin, and two RIBs, Tide the Knot and Dreamchaser.
All four boats are available for skippered charter. Qualified yacht skippers can also enquire about bareboat yacht charter, while Boat Club Cornwall members can use our RIBs following the required induction.

Sailing around Falmouth and the Fal Estuary offers plenty of ways to enjoy your time afloat. Depending on the weather and conditions, we can look for a sheltered anchorage for lunch and a swim, or help arrange additional activities for your day.
Options can include a paddleboarding lesson with Falmouth River Watersports or a speedboat trip ashore for lunch with Falmouth Bay Tailored Tours. Activities are subject to availability, weather and sea conditions.

How can I hire a powerboat in Cornwall?
If you're looking to explore Cornwall by powerboat, Take A Turn Yachting offers two ways to get out on the water from Mylor Yacht Harbour near Falmouth. You can enjoy a skippered powerboat trip with an experienced skipper, or join Boat Club Cornwall for self-drive use of our boats.
Our two powerboats, Tide the Knot and Dreamchaser, are used by Boat Club Cornwall. Members can enjoy self-drive use after completing the required induction and meeting the club's qualification requirements.
Based at Mylor Yacht Harbour, close to Falmouth, our boats are a great way to explore the Fal Estuary and surrounding coastline, subject to weather and sea conditions.
