Bareboat Charter

Skipper and Crew Requirements
We have chosen to vary our skipper requirements with the cruising area, in order to be as accessible as possible. Onboard there must be a qualified skipper and at least one competent crew. There must be a VHF licence holder on board.

Yachtmaster : Inland and coastal waters of Great Britain.

Coastal Skipper: Western limit – Isles of Scilly, Eastern limit – to be discussed.

Day Skipper: Nare Point – Plymouth

Packages start from 3 days for bareboat charter​
The skipper must hold a minimum of Day Skipper and have appropriate experience
At the time of booking we will want to know what other boats you have sailed; for how long and where, and a summary of your log book is always useful.

Briefing & Pick-Up Options (First Day)

You can choose your briefing time on the first day: 8:00am or 11:00am. If you’d like your briefing the evening before, you can book an early briefing at 6:30pm for an £80 fee. This option also includes overnight access to the yacht.

Return (Last Day)

The yacht must be back in the designated area, clean, full fuelled, and ready for handover by 4:30pm on your final charter day.

Flexible Charter Dates

We can be flexible with starting dates. Weekend and midweek charter available. You can start your bareboat charter on any day, for as many days as you like (Unlike some companies, we don’t restrict you to specific start days.)
